I came across a good article from the Seattle Times for their top rated sushi joint picks. They have some pretty good suggestions. They mentioned a place that Kleckner & his Lady gave props, Yamashiro Sushi Bistro near Shoreline. I’ll have to check it out… Here’s a link to the article.
